Mixed nuts laddu

Ingredients:
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup pistachios
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
5 pods cardamom
1/2 cup jaggery
1 Tbsp water
Directions:
1. In a medium sized pan add almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, walnuts and raisins, dry roast them on medium heat until slightly aromatic and golden brown. Transfer to a plate and let it cool.
2. Meanwhile, in a small pot add jaggery and water. Cook until it melts and the mixture starts to bubble up. Remove from the heat and set aside.
3. Transfer the cooled mixed nuts mixture into a blender jar, add cardamom pods. Blend until the mixture is coarse, it should take 30 seconds.
4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the warm liquid jaggery and mix well.
5. Shape the laddus and enjoy!
