Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding

Prep time: 10 minutes

Rest time: 2 hours or overnight

Total time: 2 hours, 10 minutes

Servings: 2


1 1/4 cup almond milk

1 banana

1 date pitted

1/4 cup rolled oats

2 Tbsp almond butter

3 Tbsp cacao nibs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup chia seeds


1.Add almond milk, banana, pitted dates, rolled oats, almond butter, cacao nibs, and vanilla extract in a blender.

2. Blend the ingredients until a smooth and homogenous mixture resembling a smoothie is formed.

3. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl, add chia seeds, and thoroughly mix until well combined.

4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, allowing it to set.

5. Before serving, divide the chilled mixture into two separate bowls. Top each bowl with banana slices and a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
