Mango Chamomile Iced Tea
Prep time: 5 minutes
Rest time: 10 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Servings: 1-2
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp chopped mango pieces
¼ cup Mango juice (store bought or homemade)
½ cup Boiling water
1 Tbsp Honey (Only if needed)
1 Mint sprig
1 Lime (Slices and wedge)
Directions:
1. Pour ½ cup freshly boiled water over the tea bag, cover, and let it steep until cool. Squeeze the bag of any excess tea and compost the tea bag.
2. In a tall glass add the chopped mangoes and smash them up. Fill the glass halfway up with ice and lime slices. Pour the mango juice ½ of the way and pour the cooled chamomile tea to the top of the glass. Gently swirl with a straw or spoon to mix.
3. Garnish the glass with a lime wedge and sprig of mint leaves! And enjoy!
