This spring inspired pomegranate cooler is a fruity, refreshing and low in calories! The perfect non-alcoholic drink to sip on with friends and family all weekend long. For a special touch you can finish this of with edible flowers!
All you need is fresh pomegranate, lemon slices, mint, honey/sugar syrup and topped off with sparkling water for a fizzy punch. As Ramadan is going on, this is perfect for Iftar and the best part, it is low in calories, not too sweet, easy to mix up, uses minimal ingredients and oh so delicious!

Pomegranate Cooler

Servings: 1
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp pomegranate seeds
5 mint leaves
3 lemon slices (1 lemon)
1 Tbsp simple sugar syrup or honey
1 can soda water (I've used Montellier )
Ice cubes
Directions:
1. In a glass add the 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds, 5 mint leaves, lemon slices and use a wooden pestle mix it all up until combined and juices release.
2. Add ice cubes, simple syrup or honey and pour the Montellier soda water, I've used Lemon flavoured. Mix with a spoon and enjoy.
3. For an extra touch add a few pomegranate seeds on top, edible flower and mint sprig.
