Mango pudding is very popular during summers, I always wait for spring/summers as you get the best of mangoes. This mango pudding has no gelatine, no agar agar, no heavy cream and it is made with only 5 ingredients! The texture is in between of a thick mango custard and mousse, it is so velvety smooth and delectable. All I can say it is "DELICIOUS":)
Let's make it together :) Please do leave a comment if you make this and follow us on Instagram @aliabakesto, Enjoy!

1 cup milk
1/4 cup melted white chocolate
1/4 cup mango puree

1/2 cup mango pieces (layering)
1. In a pot add milk, mango puree, melted white chocolate and corn flour. Cook until thickened, similar to a custard consistency. Take off the stove.
2. Layer the dessert cups/jars alternating with mango pieces and pudding, and let it set for at-least 30 minutes in the refrigerator, ideally kept for 2 hours or even overnight.
3. For garnish you can add more mango pieces, mint leaves or edible flowers. Enjoy!
