3 Ingredient Chocolate Pudding

This chocolate pudding is delicious, so easy to make and velvety smooth! No one can beat a good old simplistic chocolate pudding, I remember dadima making this for me every year for my birthday with dark chocolate. It is an eggless pudding which has no refined sugar, no gelatine or agar-agar in it. All you need is simple pantry staples which is milk, good quality dark chocolate and corn starch. It can be eaten cold or even warm topped with a little fruit of your choice.

Let's make it together :) Please do leave a comment if you make this and follow us on Instagram @aliabakesto, Enjoy!

Chocolate Pudding

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 5 minutes

Rest time: 30 minutes

Total time: 40 minutes

Servings: 2

1 cup milk

1/2 cup dark chocolate (melted) - I've used 70% Lindt dark chocolate bars

2 Tbsp cornflour

1. In a pot add milk, melted dark chocolate and corn flour. Cook until thickened, similar to a custard consistency. Take off the stove.

2. Pour into dessert cups/jars and let it set for at-least 30 minutes in the refrigerator, ideally kept for 2 hours or even overnight.

3. Dust cocoa powder on top of the dessert cups and garnish with strawberries or any fruit of your liking. Enjoy!

Note: For flavour variation you can also add coffee, spices, orange zest, vanilla, lavender.
